On the authority of Aboo Moosaa al-Ash'aree-may Allaah be pleased with him- the Messenger of Allaah-may Allaah exalt his mention and grant him safety-said:
"Allah looks over his slaves in the middle of night Sha’baan and forgives all of His creation except for polytheists and those involved in disputes."
Ibn Majah no. 1390 and it has been authenticated by Al-Albaanee in As-Silsilah As-Saheehah no. 1144, and he graded it as sound in Saheehul-Jaami' no 1819.
